Leo Fleming

Managing Partner

Leo has substantial hospitality real estate experience having worked over 30 years in the industry with experience in Renovations, Asset Management, Acquisitions and Finance. In addition to his Managing Partner role at Trip Contracting, Leo leads the Capital Projects and Procurement teams at InnVest Hotels. Prior to his current senior positions at InnVest and Trip, Leo held progressive positions with predecessors of InnVest Hotels including InnVest REIT, UniHost Corporation and Journey’s End Corporation. In his current roles, Leo is responsible for major project planning including design, budgeting, construction, and the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Spencer Jones

Construction Manager

Spencer brings over 10 years of Project Management experience spanning across the Hospitality, and Construction, and Senior Living Home industries. He completed his CPA in 2015 and has held multiple positions in Accounting, Procurement, and Project Management. Spencer’s extended tenure in these roles as well as a polished and diverse skill set within construction enabled him to complete some of Toronto’s most iconic hotel renovations. Spencer’s experience boasted specializations within the Hospitality industry and tenant fit-outs for a national General Contractor and a Canadian Developer. Prior to joining Trip Contracting, Spencer started his career working for a subsidiary of the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan, Amica Mature Lifestyles, where he managed the facility services and procurement for a national portfolio of Senior Housing Communities.
